A bit Monotone

What disappointed you about The 25 Sales Skills?

Not a bad book, but it was hard to focus to the book, since the reader was very monotone :(

Interesting subjects, poorly read

Would you try another book from Stephan Schiffman and/or Stephan Schiffman?

Not unless he's not the reader

If you’ve listened to books by Stephan Schiffman before, how does this one compare?

This is my first Stephan's book

How could the performance have been better?

It could be better if he had someone else to read ir, a professional reader

What did you take away from The 25 Sales Skills that you can apply to your work?

Some advices about sales, the way to dress or to address clients
