good sales info.

Good information on cold calling and receiving inbound calls. However, it is very brief. This is a recorded seminar not an audiobook.

I don't like when you buy a seminar

I always feel like every audio book should be a book. this is just a seminar broken into parts.

Solid and helpful

If you could sum up Telephone Strategies for Success in three words, what would they be?

Solid and practical

Any additional comments?

This is not an audio program on how to sell over the phone so it's not very helpful for telemarketers. It's mostly a program for outbound sales people and appointment setters who will find it helpful. It's short and cheap, well worth the buy.

The best I've found

Any additional comments?

I don't think you can go wrong with any of Tom Hopkins teachings. I know absolutely nothing about sales and he gives great step by step instructions for every step of the sales process of getting past the receptioninst and right to the decision maker in the company.

Where does Telephone Strategies for Success rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Tom Hopkins knows the secrets and tricks to closing and in just 30 minutes (10 minutes if you listen at 3X speed) he will teach you all of them. This book is more relevant to long term sales positions and individual pipeline creating

Good quality for the price.

Great investment for newbies. Scripts are smart! Grant Cardone is sharper in my opinion but I refer to it now and then.
