Highly Recommended - Clear & Thorough Coverage

I've read/listened to quite a few books on delivering presentations and speeches (two somewhat different skills). I found this book to be amongst the best in terms of its all round coverage of the subject. If offers sound advice on many aspects from start to finish, including:
* audience analysis
* speech preparation
* materials and visual aids
* preparing the room
* dealing with nerves
* delivering the presentation
* body language (yours and the audience's)
* handling questions
* handling difficulties that may arise
* finishing up.

The book is easy to follow and remember and follows a clear and logical path through the entire process.

Highly recommended.

Note: The only reason I have not awarded 5 stars is that there was a technical problem with the audio-book and Chapter 11 was blank (perhaps this is because this chapter covers visual material - not sure - if so that should have been explained).
