Editorial reviews

In Stop Burnout, Tibetan lama and author Tarthang Tulku offers a solution for those facing exhaustion from their jobs.

Tarthang Tulku teaches the listener to replenish one’s self by reconnecting to one’s surroundings through "skillful means". This means avoiding initial opinions on matters in order to experience them instead and placing importance on work that’s nourishing for one’s self and one's employer. He also offers meditation techniques to help find sustaining energy.

In his calm, slightly accented English, Tarthang Tulku makes vital distinctions between pleasure and happiness, and material gain and true accomplishment.

Publisher's summary

Helpful In workshop context

Combining this set with the Making Things Better set as there seem to be incomplete sets of each on audible, piecing together in the gaps and bought the 4 mentioned books from Dharma publishing, which, as promised truly deepen the work
