Where does So You Want to Be an Insurance Agent rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is a decent read. I would put in the middle

Inspiring and Motivating.

This is certainly not an "anyone can do this job easily and succeed without effort" kind of message! Mr. Hastings gives advice, tips, motivation and support, while at the same time conveying the real time, energy, sacrifices, and real work involved in starting your own agency/small business.

Most of the information can apply to any type of business or industry: recruiting, training, managing, tracking, closing, client and employee retention, and good old customer service! Meanwhile, remembering to take care of one's personal relationships and physical/mental health, which is crucial for true success.

He also provides industry specific tools and information for anyone to use when becoming an insurance agent.

Mr. Hastings has given anyone who is considering this venture everything he or she would need to begin with eyes open and armed for success!
