great style of explanation...

The author shows how much of our lack of self-discipline is due to the way we think and how to change that. This book will inspire you to see change in many areas of your life and be a better person...

This was an awesome book. I could not put it down! Talk about jump starting your initiative!

Great advice of little shifts you can implement that make a huge difference to areas of your life you wish to improve.
Ian's material is better than a lot of the well known motivational/ self-help resources around yet is much cheaper
