It all starts with awareness
Go ahead. Ask someone how they spend their time every day. Most people don't even know! I was one of those people. I had just started my first business, and I was broke so I was really motivated to make it work. I thought I was working 40, 60, or even 80 hours a week. I loved it because it really forces one to analyze and evaluate ones productivity and the lack there of. It continuously keeps you thinking about your actions and habits as well as the results . Scheduling decreases procrastination and produces results.

i went through the book but was bored by chapter 11. i could see that i lost interest in the content
this book was just the right length to give a person a great strategy for change
