This is the one book for every business owner

I loved this book from the very start. As a marketeer with 25 years of experience I noticed one thing: hardly any company works client centred. While that is the quickest way to revenue growth. Kristin Zhivago wrote a brilliant book about it and explains every single step in detail.

A wonderful guide for any Business

This is a very impressive blueprint for any Business in how to understand and satisfy the needs for their current and future customers.


It is very thorough and offers many suggestions in how to communicate with all types of customers with various types of needs.


The Narrator did a good job with the material and is easy to listen to again which I believe is required to completely absorb all
the material.

Every Business should have a Copy of this Audio Book.
