    "save your five bucks"

This is an entertaining bit of fluff. The real purpose is to market the author's mentoring program. I felt like it lacked depth and value, however it was fun to listen to.

    "selling classes"
What disappointed you about Real Estate Investing Gone Bad?

The author is way too busy selling his real estate classes while talking instead of sticking with topic.

Has Real Estate Investing Gone Bad turned you off from other books in this genre?

    made we a little wary.

    "Not very good"

Hated I even wasted a credit on it. Very short. The book is probably a very short read. Not much information. Just tells some stories that may or may not be true

"Good to know as I begin my journey."

I am a rookie investor in every sense of the word. I've been to seminars, paid for local "training" events and read many books and watched tons of YouTube videos from others in the business. Well, I am serious about making it in this industry and something about Mr. Pustejosky's story hit hard and it really caught my interest. I took many valuable notes from reading this book on subjects that none of the other materials and seminars ever touched on. So I'm treating this as a "pocket bible" of sorts to help me watch my back and be aware of red flags that will pop up as I begin my career as an investor.

"The Real Estate Gospel According To Phil P."

A very practical and pragmatic method of teaching pearls and wisdom regarding real estate investing. Sometimes, story telling is the best conveyor of knowledge or light. Oral tradition, a lost art, is well used here to drive home key principles. Good job by the aurthor.
