Wish I had "read" this years ago

I became a manager at a rapidly expanding company early in my career probably taking on responsibilities too early. This meant I made probably every mistake there is to make, and learned the hard way. I wish I had read this book back then. Reading it now however has shown there is always room for improvement. I am now planning my days better, not trying to do too much. In short my in tray has never been smaller, my inbox never so managed, my scheduled tasks never so in control. I hope it helps others as it has helped me.
