    "Narrator not that great but good content"

    Good overall content on how to sell to different personality types. Narrator was not that easy to follow and monotonous during the content.

    "Fantastic content but delivery is not great"
    Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

    I would certainly recommend the book but NOT the audiobook. I understand that reading out-loud is not easy, but for a company that touts such great accomplishments, they could have hired someone to read it with better delivery. It takes a while listening to the book to start looking past the readers inability to read out loud, but it does get taxing to listen to after several hours. I want to be totally focused on the fantastic content that Dustin is providing, but find it hard to focus when his reading is about as bad as mine. I suck as reading out loud and though I appreciate his attempt, but he diminished his content but not being able to deliver it more smoothly.


    What did you like best about this story?

    The stories over all are wonderful and the "good" and "bad" examples are very helpful when demonstrating how to speak to different buying customers.


    How could the performance have been better?

    Yes. The performance is not good. I appreciate Dustin for his hard work in putting this content together, but Southwest should have hired a narrator to deliver it to the end customer.


    Any additional comments?

    But the hard copy instead. I may do that so I can study it in more depth.

    "A must read for selling more"

    There is a lot of information out there on identifying different personality types but Dustin and Steve are the ONLY PEOPLE training sales people how you serve more and sell more to the different personality types. I'm buying the hardback book since I'm sure I'll refer back to the contents over and over again.

    "AWESOME!!"

    Dustin connects so well with modern day sales people! he empathize so well with past sales situations I've had and gives clear advice on how to handle them. SELL TO PEOPLE THE WAY THEY WANT TO BUY. Genius.
