Publisher's summary

This audiobook is for people who want to make the most of their money. Are you working hard yet have little to show for it? Do you ever get to the end of the month, only to discover that there is more month left than money? Does your bank balance seem to hang around the same amount (perhaps a big fat zero?) no matter what you try? Have you noticed that whenever you have money you seem to lose it or are forced to spend it on an emergency? Or do you know what to do to become wealthy but just can't seem to bring yourself to do it?

This audiobook sets out to explain how you can make the most of your money. It covers your attitude to wealth, where you are now? Where do you want to be? How to budget, the difference between good debt and bad debt, how to reduce (bad) debt, how to make more money, cashflow, different investment vehicles (stocks, precious metals, property), how the rich get richer and a whole lot more! Start making the most of your money today!

UK Author Lisa Newton has a first class honours degree majoring in Accounting from Middlesex University and an MSc in Investment Management from City University. In the same month of graduation Lisa formed Boogles Ltd with £150. Her mum put in £50, and Lisa used £100 of her overdraft. Boogles primarily began as a bookkeeping service and has since expanded, and moved into other markets – such as bookkeeping franchise, money management masterclasses (training courses) and products such as maths books for children and accompanying maths game (available as an app on FaceBook). Lisa has personal experience of having to make the most of her money, that of her business (and through doing the accounts for others), helping them to manage and make the most of their business finances.

It's ok

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

I thought I was going to learn something new but this book turned out to be yet another law of attraction mumbo jumbo. With a few positive money affirmations thrown in. There was some good points but like I said, I could have just listen to bob proctor videos or something. I just want to be able to manage what I actually have better.

What do you think your next listen will be?

surprise me

Derivative

Do you think Make the Most of Your Money needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
