Fantastic Content

Christine's book is now a valuable book in my collection. Her insight, stories and real life issues (an how she overcame them) is inspiring. Her advice on various steps in the sales process is dead on. This book has got me to think of different ways to approach customers and how to make my offering a win-win-win scenerio.

Well thought out book and the narration was great. I must read for not just sales or business people.
