Publisher's Summary

All great leaders whose "empires" have lasted beyond their lifetimes have in common some defining strategies, according to business consultant Dr. Keshavan Nair. Great leadership occurs not only in business, but in personal and community settings as well. Using historical references, he explains the concept of Service Leadership and shows how this philosophy can create a climate for success for leaders in any environment. Dr. Nair will teach you to define the attributes of Service Leadership, recognize the responsibilities of all leaders, share motivations for leadership, and adopt five disciplines for decreasing the corrupting influence of power.

poor audio quality.

Great lecture! Really poor audio quality. All audience questions are completely illegible. Good talk though.
