It's all here

Interviewing may be compared to a game of chess. The person who is well skilled, not the one with the most advantages, wins. You may stand out as the best candidate by your rating and still not get the job. The solution then is to convince your recruiter that you are the one through your influence. Your talent and educational background are not always enough. You need to show recruiters that you have the traits they are looking for in their choice of a candidate. Recruiters base hiring decisions more on how they feel about someone than about what they actually say on an interview. It is important to realize that what you say is not the only factor in interviewing well; how you present what you say is even more important. Research has shown that our verbal and most especially our non-verbal communication tells a story about us from a distance. Hence, good communication skills are essential for creating a good impression with your intended employer. Therefore, every movement and posture trait speak for you. Keep away all bad habits like picking the nose, biting the nails, poor posture and sitting position or not looking the recruiter in the eye during the interview process.

Level up your career.

In summary, you should understand and anticipate the needs of the company and prepare your responses to answer questions related to how you intend to put your employer first. The best way to sell yourself on an interview is to sell a good, profitable and viable product (you) that the employer will be compelled to accept. That should be your strategy as you prepare yourself psychologically, emotionally, physically and mentally for the interview.

No jobseeker should be without this.

It was a very useful to "refresh" the best practices on interviews for those who already have experience with that and for those who don't it's very clean and practical.
