Publisher's summary

This is the first book to present innovation and entrepreneurship as a purposeful and systematic discipline. It clearly explains and analyzes the challenges and opportunities of America's new entrepreneurial economy. Peter Drucker, the most influential and widely-read thinker and writer on modern organizations, gives us a superbly practical book that explains what established businesses, public service institutions, and new ventures have to know, have to learn, and have to do in today's economy and marketplace.

Some interesting facts

Would you try another book from Peter F. Drucker and/or Michael Wells?

I don't think so.

How could the performance have been better?

He could spice it up a little. It was terrible monotonous and boring, like listening to a robot.

Who do you think would benefit most from listening to Innovation and Entrepreneurship?

Entrepreneurs.

Any additional comments?

It's got a few interesting facts and ideas, but it's wrapped in such a long and monotonous narrative that it's hard to stay awake to it.

What can I say? It's Drucker!!!!

I have yet to be disappointed by a Peter Drucker book. It's good to read an old volume such as this if not only just to validate how far ahead of his time he was. It's amazing how accurate some of his predictions were, and how true most of the strategies and means he wrote about still apply.

Informative, kind of dry.

The book covered some interesting topics and gave details and examples to elaborate on a topic. Content seemed broad and was difficult to stay engaged at times.

Great book, poorly read :-(

This book is a fantastic review of the considerations and complexities of the entrepreneurial business model. Unfortunately, the person reading the text of this audiobook has done an abyssmal job and significantly detracts from its quality.

Great book, narrator ok

The book contains some new, some repetitions of Drucker concepts. I found it highly recommended.
The narrator does a decent job in the reading.

So much wisdom that is still not mainstream

It’s fascinating to hear about so much of this book makes so much sense but is not talked about. We should all take a read and try to bring about more of this thought.

Bad reading to an excellent book

Books that have long lasting insights are rare. Some of the insights are still valid in 2015. And that is amazing. Just not enjoyable experience due to the monotony of the reader.

Can't believe this book is free!

The sheer amount of mind-opening knowledge is just great! I had to reduce the reading speed. A great book for every business person.

content 100, narration 0

Audiable should narrate books based on its popularity. The narration of Drucker's book is frustrating. I dont return this book due to its content because I will listen again. But, please take my comment into account for your future narrations.
