In the second edition of Thou Shall Prosper, Lapin offers a practical approach to creating wealth based on the established principles of ancient Jewish wisdom.

Story
John Taylor Gatto's Weapons of Mass Instruction focuses on mechanisms of traditional education which cripple imagination, discourage critical thinking, and create a false view of learning as a byproduct of rote-memorization drills. Gatto's earlier book, Dumbing Us Down, introduced the now-famous expression of the title into the common vernacular. Weapons of Mass Instruction adds another chilling metaphor to the brief against conventional schooling.

Jobs training for the rest of us
Good content on why Jobs was so driven and innovative. I loved the quote from Thomas Friedman saying in essence what the economy needed was more Jobs, Steve Jobses that is. Schemed some of the biography info on Steve's career path but spent most of he time focusing on the traits that drove the man.

Excellent takeaways. Instant inspiration!
perhaps the best audiobook in giving actionable steps and examples to back up, of how entrepreneurs and businesses can think and act more like Steve Jobs and Apple as a whole. Can pick up from any where in the book and feel inspired and get a fresh new perspective! Thanks so much. One of my favourites now.

Impressive!
I thoroughly enjoyed the story of Steve Jobs. What an amazing man and how impressive his contributions. I didn't appreciate the author repeating several stories he'd told earlier in the book. Seemed he was trying to meet a publishers requirement of x number of pages. Also, afterwards I discovered much of this story on the internet. Again, I'm impressed with Steve Jobs, this author not so much.
