Publisher's Summary

Tax liens offer the same benefits as a mortgage, with even more safety. A tax lien takes a priority over any other lien on a piece of property. When you buy or broker tax lien certificates, you get the total security of the real estate on which the tax lien has been placed, as well as being in the senior position on any other liens that might exist. The tax liens business is creating a whole new generation of success stories, and you can share in the wealth whether you are looking for:

  • A total career change
  • A part-time source of income
  • A work-from-home opportunity
  • Supplemental retirement income
  • Full-blown self-employment

Straight to the point

Great first step to know and understand tax liens and come up with a basic strategy. Unfortunately it didn't read the resource section which had all the meat and potatoes to get started. So buying the book is a must.

Great preview but too brief

I thoroughly enjoyed listening, but this would have been much more informative if the author wrote a full book rather than what is essentially a preview for his seminar.

Good Information

This book gives good concise information on what liens are, how to get started, steps for success and potential profits. It is not the only resource that should be read if starting out because it is not exhaustive but it will definitely get you on the right path!

Great information for getting started

Great explanation of the the different paths you can take with tax liens. We just need a link to the resources section that we’re missing out on by not having the hard copy.

Great Wealth of Guidance

Where does How to Make Money in Real Estate Tax Liens rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

As far as an informative audio book it was great. I thought that I really wanted to do tax lien investments but I realized that I may not do it after reading this although I do think there is worth to this investment process. I personally would choose a different investment route that works for me until I decided to devote enough of my time to make this investment strategy work for me.

What did you like best about this story?

I like the way this book addressed various potential outcomes with purchasing tax liens.
