Ken Blanchard's Leading at a Higher Level techniques are inspiring thousands of leaders to build high-performing organizations that make life better for everyone. Now, Blanchard and WD-40 Company leader Garry Ridge reveal how WD-40 has used Blanchard's techniques of Partnering for Performance with every employee - achieving levels of engagement and commitment that have fortified the bottom line.

Ridge introduces WD-40 Company's year-round performance review system, explaining its goals, features, and the cultural changes it requires. Great content and ideas and thoughts but a little hard going

As a student of the seven habits and a GTD / holacracy certified coach I resonate strongly with the ideas presented in this book. The theory is well presented and thought out in a practical way that really stimulates you to take specific next actions.

The performance is a little wooden distracting from the content but well worth preserving for. It would be useful for a website for a downloadable content of the examples of the questionnaires discussed in the audio
