Meh..

I think this is a tough one to translate into just a summation. I did not feel 1/10 of the motivation I should have after this option of going to have to go back to the book

Missing chapter 2

Great example of a good summary being the enemy of a great summary. Missing chapter 2, chapter 1 repeats. Nice to have a summary but probably could have made this more thorough. It's just alright. At least it wasn't expensive.

Eh

Nasally Narrator hard to get past. Too short to be of real value. A few intriguing points. Eh.

Not a summary for busy people.

Busy people are looking for an exploration of the key concepts without all the in depth data. This basically just reads chapter titles. Not to mention the production error that repeats the introduction and skips one of the key concepts in Level 5 Leadership.

I was looking for a quick review of the book I read 2 years ago instead I got the dust jacket teaser.

Don't bother - buy the full book instead

What disappointed you about Good to Great: Summarized for busy people?

I didn't know this audio book was going to be a whole 5 minutes - - thought it would cover much more - like maybe an hour of the 10 hour audio book. I could've read the overview on Amazon in the same amount of time. Wasted my first experience on Audible with this

why an audible abridged book?

waste of time. I accidently bought it not realising it was abridged and was seriously disappointed. A classic like this needs to be read from covet to cover... seriously don't bother with this one. Get the full version.

It's good, but not great.

Not bad for a summary. Chapter 2 isn't there. It's just the overview repeated, but a google search of Collins Level 5 leadership will give you chapter 2.

Horrible Narrative

Great message, but so hard to stay listening. The narrator sounds like an old computer.

To the point

The concepts were boiled down and easy to follow. I was surprised when 40 minutes had expired.

Good.

Pretty good. However some parts are too summarised. In deed it's for busy people. Not bad.

Poor quality summary

This review is not narrated by Kelly unless she is a man. The review is superficial, slow and highly repetitive. It also restarts after about 4 minutes and repeats the first section. Very little thought gone in to this.

Rubbish

Trite platitudes and not very convincing. Pretty useless. Maybe the unabridged version would be better.
