Life changing.
Wow. The ideas brought forward in this book has opened my eyes. The author and speaker has a calming voice and has a brilliant way to convey ideas. I hope I can use this knowledge to improve and be the manager my team needs.

Great resource fir management in all fields
This book is extremely helpful if you are needing guidance in a new managerial position, you aren’t getting enough support from your current leadership, or if you just want to be a better leader.
It helps you understand authority in a greater sense and it helps you see where you might be making mistakes but also where you are making the right choices. I have recommended this to a couple of our new managers that have been hired on if they want to have skills outside of just what they learn in school or what our current leadership is teaching.

Great Book!
Good Authority really highlights and provides practical solutions for some of the critical issues in the workplace today. This book is great not for just leadership roles, but for any role in your life. I highly recommend!

Less superman more yoda!
The book gave my an opportunity to reframe my approach of how I perceive I bring value. It also helped me think about how I've approached the team, which might just be the cause of my own overwhelm. Quick read with interesting stories and examples. I would recommend it. I enjoyed it and look forward to putting some ideas into practice.
