Every idea he offers is common knowledge. I kept waiting on an original idea, but alas, it never came. Very misleading book title. He is extremely big on promotional offers and devotes much time on this subject. He touches on cross advertising with other businesses. He mentions email blasts and is big on testimonials. Again, good points, but all are proven accepted practices.
He devotes the first 3 or so chapters to writing scripts for sales calls and staff and improving customer service. I was beginning to wonder if I downloaded the correct book.
Please don't state in the title that everything I've learned is wrong, when all you do is tell me things that are proven to work. Not once did you explain what kind of lead generation technique you thought was "wrong".
Rename your book Marketing 101.
