Raising conciousness

A new and kind understanding of your fellow human beings in and out of the office. Especially helpful towards conflict resolution.

Loved the narrator ie author's own voice. You could tell the passion and sincerity. The voice made it fun to listen and easier to completely grasp the concepts. My favorite audiobook so far. I listened to about 20 now.

There was so much in this book - so much value that I read it three times. Bought it for my friends and think that it needs to be read by everyone that holds a job......now that's a lot of folks!!!!!!

Highly Recommended

This is the best book I've heard yet from audible.com. Fred Kofman is an entertaining and educational speaker who doesn't seem to be reading. He uses memorable, often funny examples to illustrate his ideas. I have heard or read variations on some of his concepts in other books, but every idea is good and true. Fred Kofman is incredibly smart and also has a lot of common sense and humility.

This book is excellent.
I go by from time to time to the chapters that I need to hear again.
It’s inspiring, very concrete with down to earth advices. It’s a gift from the author to the business world.

Unexpectedly brilliant!

Wasn’t sure what to expect. An author whom I respect a lot highly recommended this book, so I started listening, but had my doubts. I wasn’t impressed too much by the first few chapters, but as the book progressed - I absolutely loved it. Highly recommend it. If you don’t enjoy it straight away, give it a bit of time - progress to later chapters and you’ll see how profound the ideas are. Well done, Fred, and thank you!

EXTRAORDINARY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This should be mandatory reading for everyone born on planet Earth. I found this book thanks to my brother, who is a senior producer at a very successful interactive web design company in NYC. When he was hired, his boss gave him this book and told him to study it. It’s been his work bible ever since. I finally listened to this audiobook, and understand why. It’s soulful, sensible, and brilliant. Thank you so so so much, Fred! And you did a beautiful job narrating!

WOW

This is one of the best books I have ever heard or read that deals with developing oneself as a person, and as a leader. It has kicked off a subtle yet profound change in the way I am at work and in all areas of my life. I've felt compelled to recommend it to my staff, my friends, my lover... at the risk of sounding like a total nutter to all concerned!

Fred narates the program and while some reviews mentioned that he was difficult to listen to, I didn't find this at all. I'm now on my second listening, and his melodic tones are as soothing as the concepts are moving...

So if you are umming or ahhing on this download, do it - I haven't regretted a moment of the 15 odd hours I've listened to so far...

Refreshing

Fred Kofman's approach to business is refreshing. The goal of business is to make money and to be successful. But the road traveled is far more critical. It is refreshing to hear someone write a book from an ethical standpoint. The tools and advice are practical. The book has applications in business, personal life, and public life.
