Helpful and Extremely Clear!

The Best part of this book is it's clarity and how Tracy breaks the techniques down too their essence. if you're new to sales, this one is a must-have!

Great Tips

quick listen and great tips. He uses some stories from the psychology of selling, but he adds 20+ techniques specific to closing. Closing is something I struggle with, so I'm glad I bought this book.

2nd Brian Tracy Audio Course

Any additional comments?

I have already gone through the "Psychology of Selling" course that I purchased through Nightingale a year or two ago, and I figured I would pick up a few more closes and learn how Brian uses them. Instead, the content is nearly identical to the closing sections from the Psychology course, meaning that I spent my money on something I already had. If you don't have that course, you may learn something, but I'd spend the money on the course as it's a lot more in-depth than this little "highlight book."

No fluff

I'm a lawyer and I am trying to improve my sales skills. This book was exactly what I was looking for. There is no fluff! This book is nothing but sales techniques. The only discussion about "motivation " is used in relation to a sales technique discussed in the book. This is a book I will definitely listen to multiple times. He moves through the various techniques quickly so your time isn't wasted.

Good info. A bit dated...

Some very good info presented. not exactly new stuff in 2016. But, I was able to take away a nugget or two. Very hard to listen to as he spoke like he was sharing with school kids.

Overall, for the price, a good listen. Although, not exactly a barn burner....

I hate it when authors read their own books

What did you love best about Close That Sale!?

This is a fantastic read but the author was the reader and just because a person is a great chef doesn't mean they would make a good cookbook writer.

Simply put.

Seemed a bit dry at first. Definitely helpful. Well-explained. Wonderfully outlined. I appreciated the summary. I think a workbook would be good.
