Not much concrete advice

Contains mostly examples of the authors real estate transactions. Only vague advice on investing and nothing concrete. Advice such as "be careful not to be over leveraged", and not even real definitions of what he thinks is too much.

just covers basic concepts.

it does not cover the subject in detail. it is a book to recollect some of the business concepts.

LoveD It

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, If you are considering using real estate as a method of retiring early, accumulating wealth, supplementing income, then this book would be worthwhile. I know that this book discusses a lot about multi units and appears to be directed to multi units that are over a couple of dozens. I personally still work in the residential multi units and one commercial multi unit and found that the advice on this is great. This book will surely pay itself off many times over as many others have done so for me in the past.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Cash Flow Forever?

Negotiating the price of your interest on large purchases.

great info about residential anf Commercial Real E

I enjoyed the information about both residential and Commercial Real Estate. I hadn't considered commercial real estate before but will start doing so now. His conservative approach in paying down mortgages contrast nicely with other books I am reading., which are more aggressive in borrowing and Leverage.

Great Advice Book

Lots of ideas, examples and ways to go about your investment property hunting. I do wish the companion CD came with it.
