Building Innovation & Creativity from the Results Space Series. Innovation and creativity often feel like qualities a person naturally has or doesn’t have. Research however shows us both can be built in the workplace. Leading business psychologist Dr Rebecca Newton reveals how leaders can foster a culture of innovation and creativity in their teams and organisations through understanding driving forces such as emotional intelligence, cognitive trust, moods, relationships, conflict and space. Dr Rebecca Newton lectures in Leadership at the London School of Economics and Political Science as a Visiting Fellow. She has also been a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University and has facilitated executive education for the University of Cambridge. Rebecca has worked globally with leaders and professionals from some of the world’s most influential organisations, helping them to improve their Results Space.

    Story
    "too superficial"

the entire book is a repetion of the idea "innovation and creativity is a result of supportive culture in which collaboration is mixed with some competition and innovators enjoy good social image and rewards". There is nothing new about this. The book does not provide concrete examples at all. So it is just a fluffy conceptual piece of writing.
