Great book. must read

I'm in a similar position in my real eatate investment career as I just purchased my 16th rental and although I am familiar with almost everything that's in this book, there is always something I get out of each chapter.

Real estate book disappointment

Chapters repeated. Very redundant between chapters. Some useful information. Not recommended. Better real estate books available.

Excellent Book

What did you love best about Build a Rental Property Empire?

The quality of this audiobook far exceeded my expectations. I listened to the audio version as a primer to purchasing the physical book. The book as a whole is an excellent, tell-it-like-it-is resource for the newbie and experienced real estate investor. I will definitely be exploring (and purchasing) Mark's other resources. Thank you...thank you...thank you!!!

To repetetive

He should have listened to his own book first. The author repeats a lot of useless information. I assume to fill space. I know I heard one section at least three times. Some of the info is good for a novice investor though.

This is the book that you want!

Would you listen to Build a Rental Property Empire again? Why?

This book is filled with so many great tips! I've listened to almost all of the real estate books at this point and the fact that Mark is also an agent brings just so much depth and knowledge to the topic. He really gets in depth in a hype-free way. It is topical and up-to-date and I just can't say enough about how amazing this book is!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made me laugh throughout and to become inspired!

Any additional comments?

If you're looking to get into rental properties, you can learn a bit of something from every book but this is the place to really start and really to get all of your questions answered!

Monotone voice but great advice

The information in this book was helpful, but repetitive. Although it helps to hear some of the information twice, it was repeated 3 or 4 times throughout the book and seemed to be used as filler. I really enjoyed hearing about the different types to buy your second house and would have enjoyed hearing a summary in the last chapter. I understand the motivation and passion that Mark had about buying an exotic car, but spending a chapter talking about the car itself seemed a bit strange.

Not too bad. He covered a lot of the basics

It was pretty good. A lot of good insight. I don't think he covered a lot of the negatives when taking out a loan for a rental property though. Overall it's a good book though.
