This is a Good overview for people
The book covers the basics of the diverse range of topics within real estate.This would be a good book for newbie investors, but more experienced investors wouldn't have as much benefit, obviously.

Fantastic Advice!
I was blown away by the amount of content this book delivered! I believe that anyone involved in real estate investing, in any niche or at any experience level, would gain tremendous insight from the advice given.
I also enjoyed the way it was broken down so now I can go back and listen to those stories that I think apply most to the type of investing that I am interested in.
