Must have for your Fitness Library

I found this book to be informative, thorough, and easy to follow. Tom Venuto took the myths, the science, the trends and all marketing schemes and boiled down the principles into 4 categories.

Insightful and Easy Listening

A very insightful investigation of both fat loss and muscle gain from an exercise training and diet prescription approach. The fact the audiobook was easy to listen to made it all the more valuable.

Surprisingly good

I liked the audio of this so much, I bought the book. It is packed with good information, and I appreciated that the author wasn't trying to sell me something. He gives the listener a lot of different sources, and he is easy to listen to.

Audio refresher

I have the paper, audio and ebook version.
The audio is great for where I am now, with less time to read, but wanting to review the BFFM basics multi-task style. 😁

Great info here. I learned a few things. Giving a 4 star review because I didn’t appreciate the keto bashing and then he turns around and starts talking about carb restrictions., really? Ok still worth the listen.

awesome info!

Very good info, I can't wait to try it! I don't know where to find the pdf, but after listening, I had to order the physical copy of this book. It is going to become my fitness Bible. Sooo much good info that is science backed.

Wow!

This is the most comprehensive guide I have ever come across. Easy techniques to apply to my life right away, a long term plan to get to my weight loss and build muscle goals. I will likely listen to this book over and over again. It’s jam-packed with tips and tricks to sustain and kickstart any plateau! Awesome! Highly recommend!
