About the author of Burn Out - Self Care for Behavioral Health Clinicians: My background is in healthcare. I have worked in one way or another in the healthcare industry for most of my adult life. I have earned a bachelor's degree in health care management, a master's of science in health sciences with a concentration in public health (MSHS), and a master's degree in social work (MSW). 

Currently, in the state of North Carolina, I hold licenses as a: licensed clinical social worker associate (LCSWA) and licensed clinical addiction specialist associate (LCASA). Currently working toward completing all requirements to earn a license as a clinical social worker (LCSW) and a license as a clinical addiction specialist (LCAS).
