Best diet you’ll ever need

I am just going to buy anything Jay publishes, I have all his books paper and ebooks and also the audiobooks so I have them on the go to listen again and again.
This is the best diet program ever, and it all makes sense. Fast on rest days and eat clean on training days without depriving yourself of nutrients

Very good info...but you’ve probably already read it

I’m actually a big fan of Jay and follow his TOT protocol, but found this book to mostly repeat all of the things you hear him say in his TOT book as well as interviews. I also didn’t find much of it to be ground breaking, but maybe that’s just me. If you’re familiar with Jay and consider yourself educated on various diets, you could probably skip it. That said, if you’re new to dieting, working out, and intermittent fasting, then it is definitely worth a read.

OK, seems like most diet books now

Seemed like a smashup of Keto / IF/ Fasting (TKD). Audio quality was OK but not great. Sounded like it was read into a built-in laptop mic. But for somebody overweight that want's to loose while maintaining / gaining muscle it's solid. I'd recommend it for that crowd.

hes kinda old school.

fun to listen to this. I am 5 9 160
8% body fat 51 years old and if I followed his half measured diet I would be fat.
dude IF and keto straight up mostly fat .
and meat .. all kinds like liver... anyways
he should name his book half measures diet ... ps I go heavy on fasted days and can go heavy. .. ha. this guy is ok. not hard core. just ok.. I can tell hes a soyboy..mostly vegan..
