Just maybe she'd make it out with her life—right---if you called being a vampire a life. She didn't count on Devon, a shapeshifter, a bounty hunter and she was the bounty. He hated vamps, she hated "dogs". Didn't they? Why did they have these feelings when they were together?
She was pretty good at self-defense. He was great at his job. Her life or a bundle of money was at stake.
The characters are interesting and both are hot. Their chemistry baffles them. How will they deal with their prejudices and their desires? You won't guess the outcome and you'll wonder about the inner being of them both. There are other characters involved whose feelings will intrude on the relationships.
Plenty of steam to keep listening and a great story.

My Favorite Story in the Series!

This is the fourth book in the Underground Encounters Series. Layla and Devon's story is fast paced, intriguing, action packed, and entertaining. They are opposites attract and they share an a sizzling chemistry. This is a great enemies to lovers. This is my favorite story in the series. Amber Lee Connors and Kieran Flitton did a great job with the narration. Looking forward to listen to Heat, the next book in the Series. #AudiobooksUnleashed

Burn by Lisa Carlisle is a enemy to lovers story a vampire and a shapeshifting bounty hunter and underground club how could it be more interesting . A excellent listen a excellent story and we'll preformed. I recommend check out this series I was given this audio in exchange for a honest review and I will gladly continue following this author I very much enjoyed this

Great series

Rock and roll and vamps, doesn't get any better than this. Devon is a bounty hunter who is also a shifter. He hates vampires. He is sent to capture Layla for a crime she didn't commit. Hiding out as a lead singer for a hard rock band, Layla, now Angelica tries hard not to be attracted to Devon. Enjoyed this story. Liked the narration of two voices. It made the story more interesting.

I really enjoyed this 80's style Paranormal listen. The story sucks you in and the journey they take is so good. This is a first listen by Kierna Flitton which I really loved his voice. Amber did a great job as well.
