Twisted Billionaire Brothers

I wouldn’t necessarily categorize this as a dark read. I think it may really kick off in the second book. I mean the end... it’s a great set up for book 2.

Amber Bray is starting to really grown on me as a narrator.

The idea of being caught between billionaire brothers is super appealing until one is a deviant. I have some questions about the plot and character development I hope are answered in the next two books. I will say this is the first “dark romance” I’ve ever read that believed I could live through with my sanity intact.

Suspenseful and Intriguing!

This was my first Roxy Sinclaire's book, and won't be my last. This is the first book in the Dark Obsession Series, a Romantic Suspense. This story is really captivating! Impossible to put it down! The storyline is filled with suspense, mystery and secrets. The story ends with a cliffhanger, and I can't wait for the next book in the Series. Amber Bray did an amazing job with the narration. I was given a free review copy of the audiobook — at my request — and have voluntarily left this review.

Twin Brothers, Good and Bad, Want A Girl

Camilla has arranged to meet with billionaire Samuel for an article she is writing..little does she know he has a twin..ok this just seemed like an unlikely situation..why is his brother Adrien really a surprise..of course there is competition between the brothers for the girl..but really who is the good brother and which is the bad?
Camilla didn’t strike me as the brightest bulb and seemed to not deal with people or situations very well .. she wasn’t a person you would dislike but she would make me shake my head and take deep breaths.

dark delight

Camila was naive and hard headed and needed a wake up call. She was oblivious to facts in front of her! She trusted the wrong people. Adrien was dripping in evil , and Sam was a bright light in the darkness. Will Camila see it in time? The narrator's voice and expressions added to my experience.

Good listen

This was a good quick listen. Camilla is torn between two twin brothers. The story and characters were good and I think this book sets up nicely for book 2. The narrator did a good job with the characters.

I was gifted with this book!

I love to read/listen to Contemporary and Historical Romance, among other genres. I've been doing this for over 30 years. But, I struggled with the storyline and the narrative and the characters.
The narrator has a pretty voice, but I felt she was too formal, not enough passion.
Also, this was not a dark or steamy story.

Slow at first, but captivating

I have a love hate with this story. I loved it, and I hate that I have to wait to get the rest of the trilogy! This book was so good. Yes, it was a little slow at first, but man once it kicked up, I was glued to it. The red flags that were all around the h were flags that we may have ignored in our every day life. This story was realistic, and I cannot wait to continue it. The narration was good. #audiobookobsession

A Very Nice Story

This is a first for me by this author. Roxy Sinclair has an intriguing well written story of obsession and a tinge of jealousy between twin brothers. Camilla the heroine of the story finds herself drawn into the lives of the men who catch her up in their lives as she does her best to interview Samuel.

I did like the storyline and how the author balances the personalities of the brothers. This was a very interesting story and I am somewhat interested in the second in the series and wondering how Vanilla and Samuel's relationship evolves. I think my only drawback was with the male character voices. The voices were not the best and sounded a little pushed and boring. Amber Bray did a nice job at narrating the other areas of the story very well.

Overall a nice short listen.

I don’t know

First time listening to this Author, I am not completely sure how I feel about this book! It’s a bit weirdish. I have too many questions and need more answers, before I can say if it’s good or not. I am moving on to book 2.

It was also my first time listening to this narrator, she did good.

This story starts with a shocker that leads to jealousy, intrigue, guilt, fear, suspense, revenge and many twists and turns along the way. In other words be prepared for a roller coaster ride.
Can’t imagine what is going to happen in book two Tangled Obsession.
Enjoyed the narration by Amber Bray.

You never know who you’re dealing with

This is part 1 of 3 about twin brothers and the woman they are interested in. One is good and one is evil and it’s difficult to tell them apart. Really enjoying this series.

Amber Bray does a good job as all the characters.

This was a first for me by this author.
The heroine was just eh I don’t like her and she made me want to shake her the ENTIRE BOOK.

I listened to the audiobook and didn’t enjoy it. Maybe it’s because it’s 3rd person and just not my thing.

Plot was interesting and out of the norm which was refreshing.

Buried Obsession

There is a prequel to this series that is free on Amazon right now called Beautiful Obsession. It is only 4 chapters long and not necessary to read first but if you liked this book, then you might want to check it out. Buried Obsession wasn't nearly as dark as I was expecting it to be so I didn't love it as much as I thought I would. The cliffhanger at the end makes me think the second book will be darker and more of what I expected this one to be so I'm definitely looking forward to listening to Tangled Obsession. Amber Bray did a great job bringing these characters and this story to life.

Dark and thrilling!

Roxy Sinclaire writes a highly intriguing story of obsession and jealousy with this first book in her Dark Obsession series. Camilla has done an interview with a high profile businessman. Little does she know how this interview will change her life! Caught up in their lives, it's a fast paced story including a family dynamic, a high powered obsession and a woman caught up in the middle. Sinclaire always gives a great story line, and I especially enjoyed this one. The balance between brothers is so interesting and how she has the story play out only left me wanting more! I can't wait to get book two and see how Samuel and Camilla's relationship evolves!

Narrated by Amber Bray, the story flows so easily, I became lost in it. She has a very good variety of voices and gives the story that edginess necessary to give it a little evil, but leaves it passionate. She is in the heads of the characters, so you feel their emotions, uneasiness and infatuation. It's a good performance and I enjoyed it.

Fantastic

Brilliant. Great storyline with so many twists and turns. I love the dynamic between the characters. Getting darker as the book goes on. I need book 2 so bad!
