Story
It’s not easy to answer the question “What do Buddhists believe?” because Buddhism is actually a family of religions that have developed and evolved in different parts of the world, across different historical periods. Most of all, Buddhism is simply focused on living a meaningful life that is marked by kindness toward yourself and others. It’s about the process of figuring out what actually works in order to achieve these things.

Story
Many think of Buddhism as a religion, however some deny that name, since Buddhism doesn't show love of divine beings. They state that Buddhism is a way of thinking or, essentially, a lifestyle. Buddha found the birthplace and the answer for human anguish. He said that everything in life causes endurance, somehow. At that point, he said that this endurance begins since we connect to things. This connection starts on the grounds of our numbness and hallucination. He discussed the answer for this anguish. He said that nirvana is the arrangement.

Publisher's Summary
Buddhism has been around for thousands of years, but it was not until recently when people all over the world have started to gain interest in it once more.
Perhaps it is because they are drawn to the teachings of Buddhism that center on themes, such as living life in moderation, letting go of desires and being compassionate towards others. The physical and mental benefits gained from such Buddhist practices as meditation, yoga and mindfulness may have also contributed to its popularity. Yet, as people slowly begin to introduce Buddhist principles into their lifestyle, many of their questions regarding this ancient way of life still need simple answers.
If you are someone who wants to know more about Buddhism and how you can incorporate its principles into your daily life, then this book is for you.
In this book you will find:
- What is Buddhism? Is it a religion?
- Who was Siddhartha Gautama? Was he a human or a deity?
- What do the Four Noble Truths mean? What is the Noble Eightfold Path?
- What are reincarnation, nirvana, and karma?
- Why is Theravada Buddhism different from Mahayana Buddhism? Is Zen also a kind of Buddhism?
- What exactly is mindfulness?
- How do you meditate? What are the different ways to meditate?
- Is it possible to practice Buddhist principles without becoming a Buddhist?
- How do you become a practicing Buddhist? Do you need to be baptized?
Whether you are a beginner to the concepts of Buddhism, or someone who conducted research and would like to deepen your understanding of the concept, this book will provide you with answers in a no-frills way.

As an atheist I do not believe in God
As an atheist, I do not believe in God but the time I saw this audiobook and listen to it, all of my questions got an answer about religion. This book made me realize that the works of Buddhism were true. It taught me that I should let go of my desires and how to be compassionate to others. This book also teaches me what physical and mental benefits I can get with the practice of yoga and it was really relaxing it always keeps me calm every time I listen to it.

I saw this as an accommodating book on getting Buddhism and exactly how we should know about how we, think, act, and communicate with others. I had gone to the acknowledgment that I had forced on an individual I knew by my desires for her and how wrong it was. I wound up sending her a message of expression of remorse.
