He’s restoring his ranch and his spirit. She’s guarding a heart that’s been broken before. In this small town, faith and a little four-legged help might be the key to a second chance at love.

Bryce Young was once a man adrift, haunted by the agony of giving his infant son up for adoption. But those days of running are over. He’s back in Coral Canyon, building a horse rescue ranch and finding his way back to the man God intended him to be. Now he’s ready for the one thing he’s missing: a partner to share it all with.

Codi Hudson was just a memory of a brief, five-year-old meeting until a wayward beagle brings her back into Bryce’s life. A talented dog groomer with a gentle touch, Codi is also healing from a past that left her world in ruins. After a broken engagement shattered her trust, she isn't sure she's ready to believe in "forever" again—especially not with a man whose past remains a mystery.

Can Bryce find the strength to be honest about his past? Will Codi find the courage to open her heart to the lasting love she’s always prayed for?

Join the Young family for one wild ride in this clean and wholesome contemporary western romance. This is a clean, no-spice Christian cowboy romance with the power of redemption at its core.

Good story but virtual voice takes away from performance inflections of voice makes the story come alive

Really enjoy the Young Family. wish there was a reading order in the titles. Really hate it when AI uses wrong words like Mauve rather than Mav. and the presents for Christmas.

This isn’t on the author, this could be her publication or amazon themselves. The voice you pick to read the story can make or break the performance and then impact the storyline. The virtual voice was changed for this book and throughout the book I kept finding myself trying to see if I missed some information about the characters. The voice sounds like an Africa American voice to me. It’s weird how A.I. can even make some words that would be country contractions into city slang.

Somehow I missed that this book was narrated by Virtual Voice. It ruined it for me! The story interested me, but I just couldn't get into it due to Virtual Voice.
