Great insights into the "new" ways of working

Six bite size episodes going through the challenges of working from home. Lots of interviews with different efforts giving their insights into how to make the most of the situation whilst keeping a focus on our mental well-being.
Highly recommended along with Bruce's podcast "eat, sleep, work, repeat" and his book.

ok but not great

I'd say it was more interesting than gripping, but although it was short, it did feel as if it could have been shorter. That doesn't mean it was boring or a drag, it wasn't. Rather, it spend a little too long breaking down straightforward topics and investigating things once they'd explained them. That said, I'm glad I listened and it was interesting.

Brillant

An amazing audiobook that is full of information and practical information. I highly recommend it. Bruce is very engaging with the audience and balances both sides of the new way of working really well. Great guests and the surprise at the end was a nice touch.

Stuck in the past, one sided

Large generalizations, office architects saying how wonderful offices are and how we all miss them. No we all don't! No solutions just sob stories of people thinking of the glory days, because apparently their whole social worlds were work and can't imagine being without that as their go to. Do they not have friends outside work? Also aimed at very high end privelleged professional jobs, where considerations are all too many meetings and maybe I can walk and talk. What about 9-5 jobs where you can't move cause your stuck in place because you have to be available to answer the fixed phone anytime. Where meetings are fairly rare. Where the office certainly doesn't have dedicated councilors and you certainly can't call people up at anytime you like chatting away about your personal woes because you have to be available to answer the phone and you know, do work. They need to talk to less professionals whose jobs depend on there being an office to exist, and more workers who work in them.
