Fred Bracken is headed back to the tiny Montana community where he grew up after being an inpatient in a military psychiatric hospital for a year.

Even if things work out, will he be able to keep his demons under control?

What will happen when he has to face the people and the situations that sent him to the hospital in the first place?

He knows that PTSD has been called the silent killer. His psychologist has done all she can to prepare him, but now he’s on his own. Will he be able to weather the storms he’s facing, or will he simply become another statistic of the war that broke him?

Amazing sequel!

A great story continued! Kept me listening longer than I should've at night. Lost some sleep because I wanted to see what happened next. Also had a nice recap of book 1 right out of the gate. Will be helpful if it has been a while since listening to, or having read the first Broken Cowboy.
