Love it!!!

Helped me rethink what we as the church call a prodigal and inspired me to not give up for the young adults who in my way of thinking has turned their backs on God!

Compassion

I often wept as I listened to this book. The message is an important one for those who want to know how to raise children, to deal with "difficult" children, and to hope for Prodigals. Even more importantly I believe this is a message for churches and church leaders on emphasizing God's priorities in our communities. Finally, it is a challenge for all of us to see that before God we are all Prodigals. We all need to see our own brokenness, and our own need to "live" at the foot of the Cross. That is where we need to pray for our Prodigals and where we ourselves will also will most fully experience the love of God the Father who is running to meet us.

Heart warming encouragement

What a tremendous, touching and heart warming encouragement for those of us with prodigals in our lives. This book not only helps with ways to bring our prodigals home but also how to encourage, love and keep our children from becoming peodigals.
