Great messages, but...

This book is full of wonderful messages, however, as it is written on a day to day basis with only a few paragraphs per day this does not work well for an audio book. At least not for exercising or driving. Each day/passage needs mediation thereby does not lend itself well to continuous listening.

Disappointing narrative

The narrator sounds like a computer reading text. Very disappointing. Did not get very far.
