Don't bother with it.

The author gives the worst. archaic advice that is totally outdated and worthless. It sucked so bad, worst advice and totally unlistenable.

Worth Reading

Change is the only constant thing in this world that is why changing one's bad habits can be very possible to have a successful life. Habits can be good or bad, sometimes we tend not to see what lies ahead of us because of the old habits we have. We are contented of what we are used to do, which I believe can bring us nowhere. Change is always good,especially if it is for the betterment of our life. It is never too late if you do the change today. Many tips on how to achieve a successful life, you just have to commit your self in order to do it.

What made the experience of listening to Break Habits the most enjoyable?

It's like having your inner voice talking to you. The book speaks the truths about your life to you.

Wow. More than I expected. Huge insight in lifelong patterns of behaviors not serving my best interest. And especially the influence of others around me struggling with their own addictive behaviors. This book has helped me turn a huge corner in my life. We can only control our actions. Albert Rogers book teaches you not only how to control your actions with others romantically but also how to fall in love with yourself. Was not expecting that! Learning how to see my past regrets and mistakes as positives in my life were invaluable.

It is in the first position i loved it..

What did you like best about this story?

Since habits determine your behavior and behavior determines who you are, this book motivates you to foster good habits and be a better version of yourself. It also gives you a lot of insights on how to break and overcome bad habits and maintain the good ones.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

It presents the different habits you have to possess within you in order to be successful in your career and in your life as a whole.

good expectation guide

I learn much more about the human species as a species of habits in pretty much all areas of our lives, but the author gives solutions based on biblical principles that are not your "average good resolution" formula sold to the masses. Thank you Mr Albert Rogers for your very valuable book. Hope it will get more promotion and exposure!

practical book

an excellent job of addressing habits, both good and bad. In simple, clear language, he lays out specific steps we can take to overcome habits that weigh us down, harming us physically, emotionally and spiritually, through time-tested biblical principles. We learn that part of breaking bad habits is to replace them with good ones. The book is both instructive and encouraging - worthy of five stars!

This is a book to keep always when you struggle to be organized and want to get things done efficiently in the short time we are all given.

this book is better than I expected. some information I already knew, but much better from the author. I have my sneakers on and ready to go. Very good tips on self discipline and also refers you to other resources that can help you in your journey. Good luck

Her book is full of tips, and practical strategies to reduce stress, and create a sense of calm in your life, and in your business. I especially enjoy her perspectives on self talk, mindset and changing our thinking to change our results.

Worth recommending!!!

Wow! Excellent to listen on habit. Simple and to the point. The author is spot on noting intuition as an important element to creating good habits. Also the author does an excellent job noting the common symptoms that cause us to fall into bad habits and how to mitigate. Excellent discussion on visualization and taking small steps and using small wins to further extend a change in behavior. This is really worth recommending!
