Publisher's Summary

Science is an ever changing subject. Science has proven may things to be true that have turned out to be false. Scientists once believed the Earth was flat. Scientists also believed that the human brain stopped growing after childhood. It was believed that once you became an adult your brain cells would not regenerate and brain function would decrease for the rest of your life. Today scientists understand that the brain has the ability to change or rebuild itself over time. This is an ability that never dies. People can experience brain trauma that causes damage to areas of the brain that effect specific bodily functions. When brain damage happens it is possible to relocate damaged functions to healthy areas of the brain. With this book you will:

  • Weaken negative thoughts
  • Strengthen positive thoughts
  • Become smarter
  • Accomplish more in your life
  • Increase your learning ability

I almost died of boredom

The voice actor was painful to listen to. unnatural inflections in his voice similar to an automated message. The book is 30 minutes long. It's a pamphlet. I paid 4 dollars for a pamphlet. I actually almost died of boredom having nearly crashed my car gently dozing off to the sound of this audio book. The knowledge therein might be useful but isn't written well enough.
