My Boundaries
This guide is so helpful for me I had to listen to it over just from the beginning of the book talking about how it all starts from your childhood is spot on. I have a lot of work to do but this guide is a smart first start.

Feeling Cheated - A Summary Not Expected
Would you try another book from Instaread and/or Michael Gilboe?
The book Boundaries is a very good book do not get me wrong. The actual book that is. This actual audio book is a synopsis of the actual book so if you are looking for cleft notes then this is for you but I spent money for this not knowing it was not the actual audio book of the original audio book so this to me was money wasted.
What was most disappointing about Instaread’s story?
This was not the actual book. It is a review and i can read that from the dust jacket. I was mislead into thinking this was the actual book and not a summary.
Would you listen to another book narrated by Michael Gilboe?
Yes, the narrator is not the issue, the fact that this was designed to mislead individuals into buying an audio book that is not complete.
Did Boundaries: When to Say Yes; How to Say No to Take Control of Your Life, by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend inspire you to do anything?
No because this is not the actual book. It is a summary and now I have go and buy the actual audio book and try this again.

Need to highlight on the website more clearly that this is a summary of the actual audio book and not the full book that the user is purchasing so they will not waist money for something like this. This may have its purpose not to say it doesn't but alert the user as to what they are actually buying would be better and I would not feel like I had just been swindled out of my money.

What a waste
