After a life-altering scoliosis spinal fusion surgery, Morgan, a natural dancer, redirected her creative energy and discovered a passion for clay while taking a summer pottery class. This inspired her to pursue a degree in ceramics which has led to several exhibitions, awards, and honors. Morgan's art and her faith inspired her book, God the Artist, which is an inspirational account of the aspects of pottery and how it is referenced in the Bible.
