A-effing-mazing!!
This story is exceptional! But also very dark. I haven't yet read the last book in the series but I will definitely be doing so. I love Claire's strength. I know there is more to Shepard than what has be shown so far. I believe he truly does love Claire and will realize that Svana is the true reason behind his monstrous behaviour and beliefs. The world building done by the author is amazing. Addison Cain is one of a kind!

GREAT NARRATION. ENJOYED THIS ONE
Shepard is something else! Whew! An alpha who takes what he wants. Just how I like it! Claire is an omega who he claims upon first meeting. From there, Its a whole ride and I was here for it! I won't spoil it like the others! but I'd say give it a read, if you don't mind cliffhangers. Definitely one of my fav "omegaverse" stories!

After hearing him read El Diablo I learned that Marcio Catalano can growl Spanish in my ear all day and I'll love him for it - turns out, he can growl Alpha all day and I'll love it even more.
This book was so twisted.
It was fabulous.
This series is DARK. It's like no "shifter" book you've ever read either - because IT'S NOT ACTUALLY ABOUT SHIFTERS - technically, these are labeled "humans" but they have qualities that are definitely... let's say this is kind of sci fi, far into the future, dystopian etc etc WALK IN WITH YOUR EYES OPEN. If you're here because you like werewolves, or you like alternate universes/dystopian/sci/darkfantasy, or dark romance there are elements you'll enjoy in this one, but you should know going into it, it's not your average ANYthing, because there's NOTHING average or normal about this story.
Is it ROMANCE?? For Dark Romance lovers you'd probably say yes.
For someone who has never delved into the dark you're in for a shock.

Do you have rules about what you WILL NOT read?
This book might break them.
Until book 1 kind of jumped me, I wouldn't have thought this was my kind of story. I ended up devouring the series (book 3 isn't on audio yet) and was so happy to find that book 2 had been added to audible, YAY!
Cannot wait to see what the author does next with this universe she's built.

One of my favorite books meets an AMAZING narrator
Addison Cain's Alpha's Claim Series is one of my all time favorite series. Just when I thought the series couldn't get any better, it gets narrated by Marcio Catalano. Oh lordy... I can't tell you the number of times that I've listened to this book, not only because I love it, but because of the amazing narration. Marcio is definitely one of the most talented narrators I've had the pleasure of listening to. He has a magical way of bringing the story to life.... and in this case, in a very ... yummy way!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK AND SERIES
TO SAY THAT I LITERALLY DIDN'T PUT THIS BOOK DOWN UNTIL I WAS FINISHED IT WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT. AS THE 2ND INSTALLMENT OF THIS SERIES I THINK I FINISHED THIS IN UNDER 24 HOURS. THE NARRATOR WAS SUPERB AND ADDISON CAIN DANCES THAT FINE LINE OF INTRIGUE AND DARK DESIRES. IT'S SO EASY TO GET WRAPPED UP IN THE DYSTONIA WORLD THAT EVERYTHING ELSE SEEMS SMALL IN COMPARISON.

Fantastic 10 star series!
Like nothing I've ever read before! The main characters couldn't be more opposite as Claire fights to bring good into a world that's bad beyond redemption. The passionate response of Shepherd's overbearing passion for Claire is breathtaking and merciless. This book series is HOT HOT HOT!!

Addison Cain has made me a fan!!’ Book 2 is as good as Book 1! Shepherd is the Alpha and Claire is his mate. She is missing because she ran from him... again... he wants her found!
She is ready to die. Ready to take her own life because the mate bond that was forced on her has been severed because Shepherds “beloved” needed to prove a point. She is pregnant with his child.. also forced. He stops her... he loves her but is not good at being a gentle mate. She batters for the lives of people she cares about.
There are lots of things happening here!!! I’m gonna have to actually read book 3!!!
I was a little put off by the change in narrators at first because pronunciations at different. Now I don’t know what the true name of the city they are in really is! Marcia Catalano voice is smooth and easy to listen to. He voiced the characters well. And once I got over the difference in voices (I went right from one book to the next), I enjoyed his voice very much!!

Not sure why this story just hits me. In book two we get to learn a bit more about Shepherd and the world he's in and trying to build. Claire despairs... everything. Just shuts down inside. In doing so, she gives everything and expects death.
The story is so deep that I'm not going to summarize it here. Just praise it and pray for book three to be narrated and released before I have to re-listen to books one and two!!
