in a disorienting review of a brit attempting to document, honestly, her life of service in the field of Healthcare. you at first present her as a woman that succeeded despite the patriarchy, and from there meanders between hero of the oppressed white woman and the many varieties of racist colonialism bemoaning how anything she did that impressed anyone was demeaned by the patriarchy attributing her instinctual matronly perspective instead of being an amazing person.
You immediately proceed to do the same thing, theatrical portrayal of how everyone but you are tragically, insultingly, painfully etc etc going on the entire time.
how about just accept that when someone says that a population lacking in understanding, education and social norms would benefit from adopting those traits as they were introduced to methods of change, developed for them by a demonstrably more advanced culture in a humanitarian attempt to help, instead of petulant anger that they didn't ask you or whatever is upsetting you.
seriously I do not understand how you aren't able to hear the exact mockery that you claim to be denouncing. except this criticism would likely result in, well, nothing. whereas Britain helped them advance as shown by better health.
