Easy and quick to follow

Easy and quick to follow. I really enjoy this program and would recommend it to anyone who wants to workout but doesn't know where to start and doesn't want to go to the gym.

. This makes you strong

I'm in week three. I am stuck with it but I didn't do it quickly. This workout makes you strong and I LOVE that.
