Very glad i picked this up.

I will be using this book to help me fine tune my cross-training workouts. I often find myself just doing the same workout over and over out of habit.

Good reference book.

I really like that and think it has high value to someone who works out at home. And because my needs are somewhat specialized and a bit unique, I prefer reading resources that give a wide range of different options for customizing your individual training goals.

Body weight strength training effectively explaine

The author then covers high intensity strength training as well as high intensity aerobic training which is now the current rage. Diet and weight loss are explained too. And something commonly over looked that this author points out is, that if you are exercising a lot you are going to be more hungry, but if you want to loose weight you are still however going to have to limit your calories!

I recommend it.

I do the exercises in bundles and some of them are pretty hard core. This is a wonderful tool to add to the work out arsenal.
