Good.

What I really enjoyed is Sonny Vale take on how to exercise, how to enjoy it, and how to not starve yourself of foods you enjoy. Working out doesn't need to be hours long each day. It's a lifestyle change.

Super book.

This belt will definitely help you to reach your individual goal(s). With or without exercise I wear this belt at least 8 hour's a day and it seems to be working. However, you must eat sensibly and it doesn't hurt to increase your water intake.
