Good info

Lots if good info, but also lots of contradictions. I learned alot from this book, well it was atleast a good place to start from and build with my own solid info for research. Glad i got the book but its not the best overall. The keto recipes was nice too.

BEST AUDIO BOOK

I found this guidebook helpful and well written as well. I grabbed it last week when I was traveling my cousin’s house and as per his suggestion I pick this book. This guidebook fulfilled my expectation and I have found all the info & guides that what I was looking for.

best book

A good guide for those who are going to become a good bodybuilder or a person who follows their way of life. I found many useful tables that contain recommendations for training and also for balanced nutrition

Garbage

More bad info than good. Seems to be geared toward someone that’s never lifted or has zero knowledge of nutrition, but gives often bad/false advice and will use examples of you “benching 350lbs”. If you’ve made it anywhere close to 350lbs you probably already know more than this book will teach you. Further, it’s partially the writing and partially the person reading it to you, but it’s like you’re being talked to as if you’re a toddler. It’s comical. Also, if someone says “trust me” over and over again, I think that’s the first sign that maybe they shouldn’t be trusted. It seems every chapter there’s one or two “trust me”s. Just bad advice, like telling you not to do full deadlifts, only do them off a rack, or to put your feet up on the bench while benching, or to look up high when squatting. No focus on mechanics and even going so far as to say lifting improperly is no big deal. While there may be a place for cheats as an experienced lifter, to flat out teach you wrong out of the gate see irresponsible. Part of the nutrition section will even suggest eating cheap $1 doughnuts and other junk food, while other parts spend two hours telling you not to eat carbs... and everything in between. Not all info is bad, and some principles have a solid foundation, and much of it will work with a new lifter, but there are sooo many better resources via podcast, YouTube, or even other audio books like “Bigger, Leaner, Stronger”. In my opinion this book is a waste of a credit.

what a piece of s@#!

This book is full of misinformation, bad narration, antiquated methodologies that have been debunked by actual research, and grammatical errors. Don't waste your time, money, or credits

Don't waste your money. This guy is an idiot.

I had to use up credits so I made a quick decision to buy the book. In than less than 10 minutes it was clear this guy is a sham.

I received this audio book upon my request

The author, Donovan Ekstrom did really write this book with the beginner in mind. He kept the content simple and focused on the Bodybuilding Encyclopedia of Successful People to make the material easy to understand for anyone starting in this field

Worth the money!

I listened to this audiobook in the morning on my way to work. I particularly liked the chapter on Successful People. Today is of high importance in Effective To Bodybuilding Encyclopedia! I like how this book talks about the Ditch the Cardio, Keto Diet, Intermittent Fasting

Excellent Bodybuilding Encyclopedia book

I purchased this Bodybuilding Encyclopedia audible book when my family member was diagnosed with it. I am using this grateful Guide. I wish it had more examples though! Really loved reading this book.
