Great listen

I have been doing Paleo/Whole30 for some time. Kelly’s explanation around the science of blood sugar & carbs totally clicked. Love the idea of grocery shopping/meal planning for 3 days at a time vs a full week. Lots of great, practical tips. Recommend!

Thank You Kelly!!!

I have to say I have been struggling with roller coaster dieting and I felt my blood sugar drop many of times!! I started having a Fab Four smoothie every day while listening and I have lost weight and have stopped craving sugar!! I am grateful for this new life style... thank you Kelly for sharing your knowledge with the world!!

A NEW LIFE!!!

This book and Kelly, its author, has provide a simplified guide to a healthy lifestyle. It summarized aspects of a healthy lifestyle that you have probably heard about, but it goes one step further it tells you “why” in an easy to understand explanation. The “why” has always been something missing. I LOVE the Fab 4 planning and will follow this moving forward...... Thank you Kelly!!!!

Game Changer!

This book was an absolute game changer. Thank you, Kelly, for taking the time to write this book so that your hard-earned knowledge and insight can be available to the masses! Yes, this book does contain quite a bit of scientific information. However, I found that information to be INSTRUMENTAL to helping me turnaround and improve my eating and lifestyle habits. I’ve been applying the blood sugaring balancing principles in this book for the past two weeks and can honestly say that I have never felt better. I also effortlessly shed 4 pounds. Most importantly, I can finally trust myself and my hunger cues, and I no longer suffer from randomly onset sugar cravings. This is true food freedom. To add to the value of this book, Kelly is sweet, positive and encouraging in her approach. It’s honesty like receiving health coaching from one of your best gal friends!

For those of us who need scientific backup!

This book is phenomenal. Because of the detail Kelly puts into describing how food effects our body, it made me feel disgusted by my “old” eating habits! After only a few paragraphs in I became determined to change what I was putting into my body and my children’s bodies!

eye opener

Wonderful book! Kelly really lays it out from a science point and how you should look at ALL foods. This book isnt about what you can't eat but why you should eat clean foods and if you want that sticky buns, then ok here's how to reset yourself. Highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to change their views and mindset on food.
