More like a prequel than Bk 1.

This book seems like a prequel to more books. The characters are nice. The plot is interesting.

I was gifted an Audible version of this book from the author through Story Origin. The narrator doesn't sound American. She sounds Asian. She mispronounces several words. The inflection in her sentences sound asian. But despite all that, I really liked her presentation. She has a lot of voices and her feelings come through. 4 stars for her.

Frustrating

This book left me frustrated. You had to leave us on a cliffhanger. Now I need to gobout and try and find book two. That is if it picks up where this one left off.
